Norristown Educational Theatre is ECP's New Partner In Service
"First Voices"

ECP is proud to welcome our new partnership with Norristown Educational Theatre. Prior to the Imagine Awards, Gene Roland Frank, Ph.D., Artistic Director of Norristown Educational Theatre observed classes and talked with facilitators to get an inside view of the students’ lives. In addition to student journals and observations, Gene worked closely with ECP facilitators, Ama Guzman and Adonis Banegas to produce “First Voices.” “First Voices” is an imaginative two-person presentation depicting expressions and rooted feelings of youth who have become parents. “First Voices” debuted at the 17th Annual Imagine Awards at the Wayne Art Center. The production received positive feedback from guests throughout the evening.
