This year ECP will touch the lives of nearly 2000 children, young, adults and families throughout the Region.

Even more important then the number of  clients we serve is the quality of programs we provide -  from our Baby Watch program for preschool and elementary students; Power to Parent courses for teen mothers and fathers, and Empowerment Zone workshops for youth involved in the juvenile justice and foster care systems.
